I lost my house on August 14th, the one I raised all my nieces, nephew and my biological daughter, I adopted all 5 of my sisters kids, four girls and one boy, and my daughter.
They are all grown and have their own lives and they all graduated and did very well, I mean to say, they all turned out well.
Before the oldest girl moved, or flew the nest,. she stayed the longest and lived with me because she wanted to pay her car off. Maria had asked, if her friend's mother could stay for a couple days, because they had friends over before without incident. "This would be such a bad choice on my part." My niece paid her car off in January (2013) and didn't think anything when they started moving, because the excitement of my niece moving into her first apartment. My niece moved out the middle of January, and left her friends Mother, who took over my nieces old room, and cometofindout, she was homeless because she smoked meth and when I asked her to leave, she invoked the Oregon State law, saying she had squatters right. I called the police and they said she was right and they couldn't do a thing, unless she broke the law. I tried to get her out by force and asked my niece and her own daughter to help, but she called the police and tried to get use put in jail by lying and said we hit her. The police said because she didn't have any proof and had no marks so they couldn't do anything, when she said we were stealing her thing, because we were setting her stuff outside, the police said everything inside of the house was community property and again couldn't do anything. The police although, said because my niece didn't live at the house, he asked them to leave. "I never felt so helpless in my life," because she moved her stuff back into the house. It's when my TV was stolen, I had enough, after they took my big screen TV from the front room it was a 52'inch and they sold it. I moved most of my stuff into storage and went to my daughters to get away. In my absence she started moving her friends in and I got tired of cleaning up after them, they kept messing my house up, leaving dirty dishes, garbage over flowing, dirty clothes piled in the front bathroom and when they ran out of toilet-paper they started wiping with my towels and dirty clothes they piled in the bathroom floor. They ended up stealing everything they could after I moved out all the wsy, she trashed my house and to were the city condemned it. I then stopped paying the bills, thinking that would get them out, but they just stayed and kept using the toilet even after the water was shut off and when the toilet filled with waste they started using the bathtub. I couldn't do anything they moved in more people, nine in all, they started pulling the wires out of the walls and sold them, then they started pulling out every thing that was made of metals and steal, my sinks and the doorknobs. The police finally arrested all of them for cooking meth and making the house unlivable, and it was all on the news and everyone that seen it thought I was involved "how horrible that was."
